Individual, small- batch fermentations of premium shiraz parcels were carefully hand-plunged to the completion of primary fermentation, where they were then sealed from oxygen and rested for an extended period on their skins to encourage rich flavour development and an enhanced balance of fruit tannins.

A bright though densely coloured Shiraz wine. Aromas are a concentrated mix of cooler climate varietal hallmarks, dark cherry, blackberry, and spice. The balance and harmony of complex flavours with beautifully gentle and complete tannins appears free-willed and effortless.
