Penelope Barrel Strength pushes the boundaries of Penelopes signature four grain balanced flavour profile. Each batch was blended from three bourbon mash bills aged in new American oak barrels. Each barrel was hand selected and blended into a single batch in order to create this unique offering.

Nose: Sweet caramel with a hints of maple syrup and candied sweetness.

Taste: Smooth caramel syrup, brown sugar, subtle barrel char, and hints of butterscotch and creme brulee.

Finish: Spicy cinnamon finish with amazing lingering spice and heat.
