Part of the Toasted Series from Penelope this is the Toasted Bourbon Barrel Finish release. After full maturation in charred new American oak barrels, the bourbon was finished in a new, freshly toasted barrel.
Each batch is a unique blend of Penelopes signature three bourbon mash bills and all have different custom chars & toasts, making each bottle unique and different. The barrels selected for this series are the best Penelopes inventory has to offer and go through an extensive hand selection process.

Nose: Rich caramel & vanilla.

Taste: Bold on the palate with notes of marshmallow & vanilla.

Finish: Long savoury finish that leaves a nice hug.
