how to choose your size:
the period proof cup comes in two different sizes, the small size and regular size. Either size will fit, however you may find one more comfortable than the other.
small: is suitable if you have light or normal flow. Perfect for first time users. Period proof cup size small is 43 mm in diameter by 49 mm in length. The stem measures 18 mm. The volume of the cup is 25 ml.
regular: is suitable if you have normal flow to heavy flow. Recommended to woman who have given birth. Period proof cup size regular is 46 mm in diameter by 56 mm in length. The stem measures 18 mm. The volume of the cup is 30 ml.
how to use:
simply fold in half and insert as easily as a tampon. As you release the cup, it will pop open. To remove the cup, softly squeeze the base of the cup to release the seal. Gently pull the removal stem & empty into the toilet. Rinse and repeat.
please note: the stem is only used as a guide to the base of the cup. Upon removal, you should pinch the base of the cup to break the vacuum seal and not pull on the stem to take the cup out.
cleaning:
after emptying your menstrual cup rinse with cold to warm water & wash with ph-balanced period proof intimate wash. If you don’t have a ph-balanced soap, you can use mild soap instead.
fill the cup with water and use one hand to seal the cup and the other to pinch the base to expel water from the air holes.
storing:
store your cup in the included storage case. Keep in a cool dry place.
sterilisation:
before your cycle starts, boil the period proof cup in water for 3-5 minutes.
