Poly Gel(TM) Lubricating Eye Gel provides long lasting relief for irritated, dry eyes.

Poly Gel(TM) Lubricating Eye Gel moisturises the surface of the eyes for fast, long-lasting relief of the feelings of dryness, irritation, burning, stinging, grittiness or foreign body sensation caused by environmental factors.
Poly Gel(TM) Lubricating Eye Gel is also preservative free, making it particularly
suitable for regular use for those who experience sensitivities to preservatives.

How Supplied: Sterilised by a combination of steam and filtration, is supplied in sterile single use plastic vials.

Ingredients CONTAINS:Carbomer 974P 3 mg/g with sorbitol and purified water. May include sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

Instructions DIRECTIONS:Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by your doctor.

USAGE ADVICE:Make sure container is intact before use.
To open, COMPLETELY TWIST OFF TAB, do not pull off.

Storage Store below 25oC. Once opened, do not re-use individual containers.

If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Following instillation, your vision may become blurred for a short period of time. The contents of each individual container are sterile until opened. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to eye or any other surface. Use before expiry. Keep out of the reach of children.
