Rameau d'Or Provence Rose 2022 13.5% 750ml

From 30 year old vines, yielding 50hl/ha. Grapes are night harvested, when temperatures are cooler, to preserve acidity, aromatics and protect the berries from oxidation. Upon arrival to the cellar, grapes are directly pressed at a controlled temperature of 10/15o C. Only the premium juices from the first press are used. Fermentation occurs at a low temperature of 12/15oC. The process is managed under an inert atmosphere, using nitrogen to avoid oxidation and to preserve colour and aromatic potential. The wine remains on fine lees at least 5 months prior to bottling, resulting in a final 12.5% alcohol.

Rameau d'Or was born out of one family's passion for Rose. Grazed, grown and gathered in Cotes de Provence AOC, Rameau d'Or honours authenticity, passing down age-old winemaking techniques through the generations. Launched in 2016 as part of the wider Debussy family of wines, Rameau d'Or is an ode to the South of France's slow way of life, inviting you to live well; an ideal accompaniment to rolling lunches and dinners shared with friends and family. Our promise is to cultivate the best rose, made in the best area, at the best price point.
