Fabric coverings have a 2 Years warranty from the date of purchase. Please note the warranty does not cover fabrics provided by other suppliers or defects arising from negligence or misuse such as soiling, fading, wrinkling, creasing, pilling, accidents or imprudent cleaning. Our total liability with respect to the fabric is limited, at our option to, the replacement of the fabric or the repair of the fabric.
