Blackstrap Molasses is the natural raw product left after sugar cane crushing and is a source of vitamins and minerals. Blackstrap Molasses is an excellent tonic and can be eaten directly from the spoon, or as a drink dissolved in hot water. It can be substituted for honey or golden syrup in many recipes.
