Our 2021 Merlot is deep, dark red in colour with aromas of ripe berries and plums. Secondary notes of cedar, chocolate and violets lend this medium bodied wine a generous finish.

Merlot pairs well with roasted chicken, roasted pork loin, rack of lamb, grilled beef steaks, grilled burgers, beef stew, spaghetti and meatballs, roast duck and pizza.
