A toned-down version of the grape that nevertheless remains recognisable grassy with a tropical influence - albeit with the volume turned down. A rush of fresh peas, green apple, lantana aromas. Clean fruit flavours that broaden into a briny salinity with preserved lemon, juicy grapefruit and citrus on the palate.

This Victorian Sauvignon Blanc will pair well with oysters, clams, lobster, crab, prawns, and scallops all make for wonderful Sauvignon Blanc food pairings.
