Saturday Night at the Open Door Cafe

This is the story of how author Caron Ward, creator of The Open Door Cafe, successfully operated a coffeehouse from her Victorian home in a quaint little Ohio town. There, amid the tinkling glassware, silver and china, accompanied by Celtic fiddles, hammered dulcimer and laughter, absolute miracles were taking place-every "single" Saturday night. Hundreds of people were touched and inspired by The Open Door Cafe and some (twenty) of them even got married! This is their story as much as it is the story of doing something incredible. This is not a "Girl Book"- nor is it for singles, for that matter. It's not even about a coffeehouse .
