A herb of the mint family. An annual herb growing to around 40cm. With a flavour that is earthy and peppery with a hint of thyme, marjoram and oregano. A bushy plant with highly aromatic leaves which are commonly used to flavour soups, stews, meat, fish and egg dishes. Also good as a garnish and condiment. Traditionally used in be used in potpourri.

A great plant for borders and rockeries. Highly attractive to bees.

Can be grown in containers. A perfect edition to your herb garden!
