The Scarpa Vapor V is an aggressive all-purpose climbing shoe that opens 5.15 performance to the masses.

The Vapor V features an asymmetric and slightly downturned fit ;and Bi-Tension randing. Bi-Tension is essentially a reverse slingshot rand that’s anchored under the critical toe area and connects directly to the heel rand. This system actively pulls power from your toes rather than cramming your toes painfully forward, providing more power with less tension. This also makes the Vapours lighter, more sensitive and more reactive.

The Vapor V’s sole is Vibram XS Edge 4mm: a rubber compound designed to provide maximum edging support. This sole delivers beautiful, pure grip with added firmness for the most challenging edging moves. Distortion-resistant, the sole keeps its shape even after hours of use and maintains a consistent feel across hot and cold temperatures.

The Vapor V also features a stretch-gusseted air mesh tongue for additional comfort and dual power strap closure for quick and secure fitting.

Sticky and energised shoes, the Vapor Vs excel at thin foot placements, but also have enough flex to perform smears and jams.
