Jeff Quint, founder of Cedar Ridge, is born of a family from Iowa that has been distilling whiskey for generations and it is the very first legal distillery in America's top corn-producing state since the times of Prohibition.

Cedar Ridge Distillery was established in 2005 and in 2010 they released their very first batch of whisky. Slipknot No. 9 Whiskey is a 45% ABV Small Batch Iowa Whiskey and collaboration with Des Moines's own American heavy metal band, Slipknot.

Bursting with rich characters of sweet corn, rye and spices, this delicious little number is best served neat or in a tumbler soaked on a large cube of ice.
