Our drinking chocolate has a richness that is hard to beat - it's a blend of single-origin natural cacao with our Colombian organic panela. The simplistic recipe keeps the raw and rich flavour from the cacao and compliments it with the nutty raw flavour of the panela.

Simply place one heaped tablespoon of powder into a cup and stir in hot milk. If using a coffee machine, place one heaped tablespoon of powder directly into a frothing jug and heat along with the milk. For cold beverages mix one heaped tablespoon of powder with a tiny amount of hot water until the powder has dissolved, then add your milk and stir
