This is a gin for the true adventurer. Squealing Pig Distillery ads a bit of their Squealing Pig Pinot Noir wine into the juniper spirit, which imparts an earthiness and hint of mauve colour. The spiciness of Pinot Noir is accented by the earthy cinnamon and clove used in the gin, while the juniper, pine, and red currant flavours shine. This is truly a gin drinker's gin, served best well-chilled with a splash of tonic water to bring out the aromas. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. It's Oinkingly delicious.
