Starward Octave Barrels Single Malt Whisky

Part of Starward Distillery's Projects series, this Single Malt was distilled in 2018 and then matured in 100L octave barrels which previously held The Octavius Shiraz from Yalumba. It was bottled in 2021.

Nose: Raisin, ripe peach and caramel meld with red and dark forest fruit characters.

Taste: Toasty oak and marshmallow.

Finish: Long and rich.
