Stefani Estate Heathcote Shiraz 2019 750ml

It is dark ruby red in colour, exhibiting rich dark earthy notes of cherry, plum, blueberry and cacao. The palate is deep, rich and velvety with fine integrated tannins for texture, this wine is matured in large format French oak barrels for 15 months. It can be enjoyed now and can cellar for up to 10 years.

Food Pairing : Leaner red meat, stew, and mildly spicy ethnic foods are the best foods to pair with Shiraz. Brisket, that classic Texas a slow cooked BBQ is a perfect accompaniment to Shiraz. Except for a large fat cap on top, its a lean meat that is quite tough when quickly grilled.
