Part of the Old and Rare Collection, this Single Cask is an exceptional Tasmanian Single Malt from Sullivans Cove. It was matured in American oak casks for at least 16 years. One of 452 bottles released. It was distilled in December 2005 and bottled in August 2022.
Sullivans Coves Old and Rare whiskies have incredible length and breadth of palate; rich, oaky and hugely textural while still retaining the unmistakable brightness and character of Sullivans Coves unique spirit. Each bottle is presented in a unique, hand-made, solid wood presentation box.
