Part of the Old and Rare Collection, this Single Cask is an exceptional Tasmanian Single Malt from Sullivans Cove. It was matured for a minimum of 16 years in a unique American oak. One of 435 bottles released. It was distilled in February 2006 and bottled in May 2022.
Sullivans Coves Old and Rare whiskies have incredible length and breadth of palate; rich, oaky and hugely textural while still retaining the unmistakable brightness and character of Sullivans Coves unique spirit. Each bottle is presented in a unique, hand-made, solid wood presentation box.

Nose: Tropical pops of juicy fruit, lemon peel and white flowers, pineapple rings and mango pulp. A pineapple and coconut note then leads into floral peach syrup, almond and sunflower seeds with a wave of sweet hazelnut cream.

Taste: Signals of sweet vanillin and creme de menthe, oak, Pine-lime ice cream, macadamia and lemon starburst lollies, moving to more tropical confectionary: yellow rock candy, passionfruit coulis, lemon curd and vanilla yogurt, before resting atop a malty base.

Finish: Generous length, the finish keeps on giving long after the last sip.
