  - Shake well before use.
  - Apply 20 minutes before you go out.
  - Make sure you apply to clean, dry skin, applying generously and evenly, e.g. a teaspoon for each limb equating to 35ml for an adult, less for smaller children.
  - Reapply every two hours and always after swimming, towelling or exercise.
