The Swiss Diamond HD Induction Non-stick 26cm shallow Wok / Stir Fry Pan is suitable for use on all Electric, gas and ceramic cook tops. This pan is not suitable for use on Induction cooktops, there is an induction version available. The Solid Flat Base has a diameter of 19cm making the pan very versatile. It is designed with an angled, vertical edge that retains heat for a maximum cooking surface. The even heat distribution and superior Swiss Diamond non-stick HD coating performance are crucial factors in successful stir frying, simmering and braising. Having a 26cm top edge diameter, depth of 5cm and holding up to 2.3 litres makes it easy to cook and toss food without mess. It is spacious enough for family portions, without taking up all the room of a full-size wok. It’s 26cm heat-tempered glass lid is clear for see-through convenience and has an integrated steam vent allowing you to easily steam foods. Made exclusively in Switzerland. Oven-safe up to 260 C°. This pan is not suitable for use on Induction cooktops.
