It connotes the peak, the best, and the epitome, which are also the key values of T'Gallant's winemaking philosophy. Aromas Fresh aromas of sour grapefruit, watermelon and sweet spice. Flavours and Palate High acid, clean, vibrant and fresh. The palate shows watermelon and cranberry fruits with crunchy acidity and a dry, savoury finish. A refreshing style, reminiscent of a Southern France.
