Blackberry bush, brambly blueberries and wild raspberries. Nettle, crushed gum leaf and paperbark meets with cumin seeds and black clay. The density of acute fruit is not overshadowed by the char of oak, which manifests in clove, dried bark and woody spices. Tannins perch upright and ensure you know this wine will age gracefully but also makes for a serious drink today. A great example of another region growing and making Shiraz only they know how.
