It can produce 5kg per minute for around 10 to 50 servings, dramatically reducing your prep times. Made from robust tinned steel, strength and durability is guaranteed. Easy to use with a comfortable handle, youll be in full control when preparing your ingredients. The triturator is supplied with a 3mm sieve, but three other sizes are available separately - 1mm (J417), 2mm (J418) and 4mm (J420). Replacement 3mm sieves are also available (J419).
