An elegant, soft Cabernet Merlot, with blackberry and spiced fruit characters, generous weight, and good length of flavour. A lingering sweet oak finish shows good structure and complexity.Aromas of blackberry, spiced fruit, plum, and vanilla oak with a hint of cloves.The fruit parcels were harvested individually, fermented, blended and matured on French and American oak to produce this vibrant, lively wine.
