That Spirited Lot Distillers brings to you That House Pour Gin, a classic all-rounder for traditional gin lovers that has been designed to mix with good old tonic or in your best cocktail.

This gin is column distilled just like your favourite London Dry. It allows us to produce a smooth, crisp gin with an aromatic botanical nose. Light in texture and more delicate on the palette than our pot distilled gins, this versatile little number is perfect paired with tonic, soda, mixers or cocktails.

Serving suggestions:

  • Gin and tonic (or gin and soda), garnished with lime
  • A range of gin cocktails: our advice would be a Gin Sour, Southside or Gin Gin Mule

About That Spirited Lot Distillery: That Spirited Lot Distillers is a boutique family distillery located in Seaford, Victoria and is run by brothers Jon-Paul (JP) & Chris (Krill) Willigenburg and their sister-in-law Kate Barton. After separate careers in IT, Wine and Fashion, That Spirited Lot is the product of a lifelong dream to work together.

The team are currently focused on producing a range of Single Shot, Pot Distilled Gins produced from wine they collect from the local wine regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley.

Expect to see them produce a mix of the old classics and some experimental new age distillates.
