The Black Chook Sparkling Cuvee is a non-vintage wine produced from cool climate Chardonnay, predominantly 3-5 years of age. Its clean, aromatic nose, elegant soft fruit palate, and velvety creaminess, is backed up by a fresh zippy finish, due to the blending of younger vintage Chardonnay.

We immortalised the Black Chooks that scratch around the historic Penny's Hill Cellars in the form of this wine. The wines strive to showcase the best the regions have to offer.
