The Isle of Jura The Bay 12 Year Old expression was released for the Travel Retail Market.
It was matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels before being finished in casks that have previously held a 15 year old Pedro Ximenez sherry.

Nose: Toffee apple and sweet spice.

Taste: Raisins, fig, ginger spice and a burst of sweet liquorice.

Finish: Burst of sweet liquorice.
