The expression perfectly combines sweet lightness brought by these casks with depth and complexity from The Macallan s renowned sherry seasoned American oak casks, to uncover a new, uniquely heightened flavour experience.
COLOUR: Golden oak and 100% natural
AROMA: Orange zest and oil, fresh vanilla and ginger with notes of fruit jellies and marzipan
PALATE: Fresh oak, gingerbread, vanilla custard and cinnamon
FINISH: Medium sweet with spiced fruit
