The Sabor Co. Single Origin Malana Fennel Seeds 50g

Evenly green-colored fennel seeds, crunchy and full of flavour, grown at our farmer partner, Jignesh’s farm in the Malana district of Gujrat, India.

Obtained from the bright yellow flowers of the Foeniculum vulgare plant. The plant is allowed to complete a flowering cycle and then the seeds are removed from the dried flowers.

A sweet, licorice-like flavour that is not too intense.

Fennel seeds are great for flavouring any dish you like from baked goods to seafood and anything in between.
