The Sabor Co. Single Origin Pratibha Turmeric 5.5% Curcumin 45g

This single origin Pratibha turmeric has been cultivated in Alleppey, Kerala India utilising organic principles of farming by a female farmer, Mrs. Rajini Jaydev.

A high-yielding variety of turmeric has been developed by the Indian Institute of Spices Research (IISR) and has a turmeric content upwards of 5,5%.

This variety is characterised by a brown colour - Intensely earthy, mildly bitter, and musky notes, perfect to give your stews, soups, and curries a rich colour.

Grown on a 5-acre farm amongst coconut trees, ginger, vegetables, flowers, herbs, and tubers.

This product has been imported and packaged in Australia by The Sabor Co.

The packaging comes with information on where and how this product has been grown in an effort to incorporate traceability and traceability within the spice trade.
