\n Jaffelin Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs 2022
Aromas of flowers and citrus come through on the nose, which develops buttery and brioche-like notes with age. Full and supple on the palate, with very complex secondary aromas.

\nShaw & Smith M3 Chardonnay 2022
Ripe and healthy fruit resulted in a beautifully balanced M3, with great flavours, and fresh acidity right through to the long finish.

\nPenfolds Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling 2022
Fresh and zesty. Citrus characters abound, lime juice noted. Flavoursome exotic fruits, feijoa, persimmon. There is a lovely drive to this wine, with mineral, mouth-watering/juicy mineral acidity. A wet stone/river pebble finish.

\nPrinthie Topography Pinot Gris 2023
Topography Pinot Gris is a single vineyard wine that has been deliberately pushed stylistically further toward the richer, more viscous Alsatian style.

\n AIX Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé 2022
AIX Rosé 2020 offers roundness on the palate and a beautiful aromatic depth, before finding freshness and some minerality in its long and precise finish.

\nBelguardo Rose Toscana IGT 2021
Intense and fresh, cherry flower flavours, smooth, mineral and pleasantly lasting taste.

\nGrant Burge Filsell Barossa Valley Shiraz 2019
A silky smooth palate full of pure fruit sweetness. A hint of popcorn kernel on the back palate driven by the French and American oak combination. Ripe and firm tannins that are destined to evolve this wine into an absolute classic.

\nPeter Lehmann Mentor Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
It captures immense varietal definition with added complexity aromas of lifted blackcurrant, vanilla and chocolate with a youthful ripe and dark plum spectrum. The fruit weight is immense, however it melds together with mouth coating tannins, dusty French oak and a beautiful acid core.

\nDalrymple Tasmania Pinot Noir 2022
Aromas of spiced rhubarb, sweet red cherries, Asian five spice and vanilla mingle with earthy notes and the distinct fruity spice notes of sassafras forest. The palate is seductive with fleshy red and black cherries. It develops with spices from the whole bunch inclusion and French oak barrels.

\nRising Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2022
On the nose, there's pomegranate, raspberry, a hint of redskin lolly and a warming sweet cardamom and star anise-like spice. The palate gives way to the sinewy savouriness.

\nDune Blewitt Springs Shiraz 2022
Dark yet glossy fruits, sweet herbs, demerara sugar and stained cherry juice. Medium bodied and savoury textured , plush sweet fruited palate, fine and long , nice density of tannin, unfurling layers of flavour, mulberry and cherry juice, dark spice, little smoky and incense, cured meat and a little gravelly texture to finish.

\nHardys HRB Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
A concentrated and richly textured with layers of dark berry fruit flavours, cassis, green and dark chocolate. Notes of peppercorn, bay leaf, mint and sweet spice contribute to the complexity.\n
