Tobermory 21 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml

The newest member of our core range, this 21 year old whisky has been finished in Oloroso sherry casks, with notes of cherry wood, brown sugar and caramelised pineapples.

Joining our award winning 12 year old in the unpeated Tobermory whisky core range, this 21 year old is small batch produced at our distillery on the Isle of Mull. Distilled into whisky refill cask on the 16th of December 1999, this spirit was then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on the 26th of February, 2015. The result is a beautifully sweet and vibrant dram. Like all our whiskies, this is non-chillfiltered and natural colour, with an abv of 46.3%, mirroring our other core range expressions.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Deep gold.

Nose: Marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee and treacle. Furniture wax.

Palate: Cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee.

Finish: Fresh, light and sweet.
