Directions:

• For nasal congestion and coughs in adults and children 6 years and above: use on chest and throat - rub on thick layer at night and/or morning
• For muscular aches and pains in adults and children 6 years and above: rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician

• Eucalyptus oil 40.32mg/g
• Menthol 70mg/g
