Dark ruby with purple reflections, good depth, subtly lighter at the rim. Floral nuances, fine red cherry and juicy plum with notes of cedar accentuating the fruit.

The palate is wonderfully fresh and the tannins are firm, fresh and crisp. The wine is characterised by a wonderfully firm structure and elegance, with the finish dominated by freshness, purity, straightness and juiciness. It has a definite future.

Pair with aged barbequed steak.
