Shipping

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. We regret that our warehouse is not accessbile to the public so we are not able to offer pick-up option.

We offer fast, efficient and low cost deliveries to all major metro cities in Australia and selected regional cities, exclusions may apply. Delivery prices to other states may differ depending on the item and vary based on your suburb/postcode. We are not able to offer discounted combined postage with discount on multiple ordered items, as the dimension and weight limitation doesn't allow us to dispatch them in a single box or bundle. Similarly, you may receive more than 1 carton for single item.

Items will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment has cleared, with tracking numbers available for real time tracking on AusPort or Toll website. Please exclude weekend and public holidays from the Delivery lead time.

Once your order has been dispatched, there will be an eBay notification email with the tracking number provided. You will then be able to track your order through AusPost (for small item), or TOLL ONLINE (for large parcel). Instructions will be provided in the notification.

Driver will assist to carry heavy items from vehicle to the front door of the delivery address provided. Due to OH&S requirements, delivery does not include placement of item inside home, assembly or removal of packaging materials. Please feel free to contact us for any clarification.

Returns - Change of Mind

We offer a change of mind 30 days money back guarantee. If you change your mind, you may contact us to request for a RMA number, and we will provide the detail instruction for you to return your purchase to us.

Please note that a 20% restock fee will be deducted from the purchase price. If a shipping fee was paid during purchase, it will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in their original packaging including all the original contents free from damage. Please ensure all items are packed sufficiently for transport, any damages caused during the return shipping maybe rejected or receive a revised refund amount.

If you are making a bank transfer, please leave your exact eBay username as reference. Otherwise, your payment will not be identified and cleared.

As per our Shipping terms, the item will only be dispatched after the payment has been cleared. ;

Damaged or Defect

For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer partial or full replacement depending on the damage or defect.

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and send us some photos along with the order number and description of the defect. We will assess and revert within 2 days. There will be no cost to you on the shipping or parts.

Please do not return or post items to either our registered or warehouse address before obtaining the RMA number and instructions from us. We are here to help and we won't want you to take risk with the items from being misplaced or unidentifiable and rejected.

Warranty

Our products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards of quality. We are confident with our products and offer 12-month warranty against defects.
The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear during the natural course of product usage.
