Waterproof - We're talking about putting your hands in the water and your hands won't get wet and waterproof.

Rugged Construction - First we take a Cordura nylon shell (no that thin nylon junk that will tear your first use), then we put a hipora liner (that's what makes it waterproof, it's basically a Gore -Tex) then we have 70 grams of 3M Thinsulate and foam insulation (must keep these gloves warm), then a soft fleece lining 4.
Storage - You can never have enough pockets, so we put pockets on the back of the gloves.
These pockets are large enough to hold a credit card, hand warmer or keys.
We placed waterproof zippers to help keep the pockets dry.
But if you have a fancy electronic key, don't put it in it and get your hands underwater for a while, because you might ruin it.
