Rye Mash Oak & Applewood Aged is a soothing and fruity rye from Widow Jane. The rye mash spirit goes into casks that once held the distillerys 10 Year Old bourbon and fresh cut oak and applewood staves are added.

Nose: Honey, light caramel, brown sugar, parsley, dill, green herbs.

Taste: Wheat sugar, rye spice, green herbs.

Finish: Medium, rye spice, green herbs.
