Vibrant, watermelon pink in colour. The sweet spice of cinnamon and flowers mingle with luscious strawberry sorbet and a hint of tarragon. The palate is bright and refreshing with flavours of strawberry, pink grapefruit and rhubarb. A zesty, moreish finish will have you reaching for a second glass.

Enjoy with prosciutto-wrapped rock melon, tomato and tarragon prawn skewers, spiced cashews or tomato and basil bruschetta.
