Photo-Shop-Studio was established back in 2008 as a photography and studio equipment specialist. The business has grown to become one of the biggest stores in Australia with a wide range of photography accessories stocked up for fast national delivery. A. Customer may return goods for change of mind where the goods are:
1. returned within 14 days of the customer’s order being received;
2. as new and are not used, worn, or
3. opened and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
4. in a resalable condition;
5. not damaged in any way.
B. The customer is responsible for the costs of return postage and bears the risk of return.
C. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.
D. The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you must notify us of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above.
E. Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost.
